What is a Large Parcel?
Whether you’re looking to book your large parcel deliveries through Yodel Direct to be sent to friends, family or your marketplace buyers, our criteria for large parcel weights, sizes and prices are as follows:
- Parcels between 2.1-10 kg are classed as large. 1 kg is roughly the weight of a standard bag of sugar (large parcels sent through the Yodel network must not be heavier than 10 kg)
- All parcels must fit within our maximum dimensions of 60x50x50cm. If your parcel is not within the maximum weight of the label you’ve purchased, you could be charged an additional fee – so be sure to check you’ve got the right quote as this may also affect your delivery
- The prices for sending large parcels varies, with large package postage starting from as little as £4.57 (Ex VAT) using the Quick Quote tool
