What is PrePay and what are the benefits?
If you're interested in saving even more time and money when booking your order, you should check out PrePay! This allows you to pay into an account with YodelDirect, and then use this credit to pay for orders without having to put in your payment details each time.
Top Up Your PrePay Account Create An Account
Terms & Conditions - Prepayments linked to any goodwill gesture; claim payment, refund payment or any marketing offers will not be refunded. Prepayment funds shall be treated in the same way as a high street voucher in that they have no monetary value and can only be used towards parcel deliveries on the YodelDirect website. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How to Top Up
There are various ways you can add PrePay to your account:
The next time you book a delivery, you'll see a button labelled: "PrePay and Checkout". Just click that button and we'll give you the option to top up your PrePay balance before processing your order and paying for the parcels in your cart.
If you want to add funds to your balance without placing an order, just log in to your account and go to "My Payments". This page allows you to top up your PrePay account and also check your remaining credit.
Q. How do I add more PrePay credit?
A. When your credit has run out just add more by clicking on the "PrePay and Checkout" button when you order your next parcel delivery, or click the button in your account.
Q. Will I get confirmation when adding money to my PrePay account?
A. You should receive an email confirmation of your PrePay transaction.
Q. How do I find out my PrePay balance?
A. When you log into your account your PrePay balance will appear at the top right of the page.
Q. How long is my PrePay credit valid for?
A. Your PrePay credit is valid until it has been spent, it will not expire.
Q. What is the minimum amount of credit I can add?
A. The minimum amount of PrePay credit is £20.00 per transaction.
