How do I apply for a refund?

If you no longer need to send your parcel, you can cancel your booking and request a refund. 

We have made it easier than ever for our customers to receive their refund.

To cancel your order and apply for a refund please use the Refund button below. 

Please note that to be eligible for a refund you must:

  • Be the contract holder with YodelDirect
  • Have booked the delivery within the last 28 days
  • Ensure that your parcel is not collected

If you need to rebook your collection for a date that suits you, please use the rebook option below. Rebooks are free of charge*
