How do I apply for a refund?
If you no longer need to send your parcel, you can cancel your booking and request a refund.
We have made it easier than ever for our customers to receive their refund.
To cancel your order and apply for a refund please use the Refund button below.
Please note that to be eligible for a refund you must:
- Be the contract holder with YodelDirect
- Have booked the delivery within the last 28 days
- Ensure that your parcel is not collected
