Book your delivery using our Quick Quote tool at the top of this page, and select the Door to Door collection option to get started. Here at Yodel Direct, our couriers deliver to every mainland UK postcode. As part of our collection service, tracking comes as standard, so you and your recipient can keep informed about the collection and delivery of your parcel from door to door.
We will collect parcels from your selected address between 7am-9pm Monday to Friday. We will deliver your parcel to your recipient during the same hours, and we even deliver on a Saturday too! To ensure your collection and delivery goes as smoothly as possible, we recommend taking a look at our collection packaging guidelines.
Once our drivers have collected your parcel, we’ll usually deliver it to your recipient’s address within 2-3 business days.

Print Your Label at Home
Printing your label from your home or business is easy and straightforward. Once you purchase your label, just add in your collection address, tell us a little about what’s in your parcel(s), add your recipient’s address and we’ll collect your parcel the following day (if you’ve created your label before 9pm). You can also select a nominated collection day that suits you. You’ll need a printer handy to print your label to attach to your parcel(s) to send via our Door-to-Door collection service.
Weights & Dimensions
For our Door-to-Door collection service, the dimensions are larger than our Store-to-Store and Store-to-Door services. You’ll be able to send parcels with maximum dimensions of 120x50x50cm, weighing up to 15kg. Take a look at our pricing chart below:
