Book your parcel delivery direct to your recipient’s door. Yodel Direct delivers to every postcode in mainland UK, and comes with tracking as standard – keeping you and your recipient informed at every step of your parcel’s journey.

Deliveries take place between 7am and 9pm on the day of delivery. Add insurance to cover the cost of the parcel’s items and receive a proof of delivery signature on delivery of your parcel for extra piece of mind.

Don’t have a printer? Not to worry, simply select the Print In Store option when booking your delivery and you can print your parcel’s label in your local Yodel Store.

What else do I need to know?

How long will it take to deliver my parcel?

Our “Standard” service parcels estimated delivery date (EDD) will typically be within 2 working days. Please note that we count the day the parcel is handed in at your local Yodel Store as “Day Zero”. Bank holidays and Sundays are not treated as ‘working days’.

How can I track a parcel and get a signature as Proof of Delivery?

When you buy a label direct from Yodel Direct, you can choose for the driver to obtain a signature from the recipient as proof of delivery. However, if you do not select this option then the parcel will be left in a safe place, if no one is home at the time of delivery.

Can I leave Delivery Instructions?

If you are sending a parcel to a home address and you know that the recipient may be out but they have told you of a safe place (e.g. an enclosed porch or similar location out of sight of passers-by and protected from the elements), then you can add details of the safe place to the “Delivery Instructions” box when you purchase the label via the Yodel Direct website.
