Book your parcel delivery direct to your recipient’s door. Yodel Direct by InPost delivers to every postcode in mainland UK, and comes with tracking as standard – keeping you and your recipient informed at every step of your parcel’s journey.

Deliveries take place between 7am and 9pm on the day of delivery. Add insurance to cover the cost of the parcel’s items with the Yodel Direct by InPost Locker to Door service.

Don’t have a printer? Not to worry, with our InPost Locker to Door service, just select the Print at Locker option and we’ll send you a QR code so you can pop in your parcel when it suits you.

What else do I need to know?

How long will it take to deliver my parcel?

Our “Standard” service parcels estimated delivery date (EDD) will typically be within 2 working days. Please note that we count the day the parcel is dropped at your local InPost Locker as “Day Zero”. Bank holidays and Sundays are not treated as ‘working days’.

How can I track a parcel and get a signature as Proof of Delivery?

When you buy a label direct from Yodel Direct by InPost, you can choose for the driver to obtain a signature from the recipient as proof of delivery. However, if you do not select this option then the parcel will be left in a safe place, if no one is home at the time of delivery.

Can I leave Delivery Instructions?

If you are sending a parcel to a home address and you know that the recipient may be out but they have told you of a safe place (e.g. an enclosed porch or similar location out of sight of passers-by and protected from the elements), then you can add details of the safe place to the “Delivery Instructions” box when you purchase the label via the Yodel Direct by InPost website.
