| Saturday 20th - Tuesday 23rd December | Deliveries will be made into local stores and lockers however collections made during these days may not be delivered before Christmas Day. |
| Wednesday 24th - Friday 26th December | Stores may be open to drop off your parcels, and lockers are available; however, our teams may not be collecting from or delivering stores or lockers. |
| Saturday 27th December | First collection and delivery day post Christmas Day |
| Sunday 28th December & Wednesday 31st December | Collections and deliveries into stores or lockers taking place as normal |
| Thursday 1st January | Stores may be open to drop off your parcels, and lockers are available; however, our teams may not be collecting from or delivering to stores or lockers. |
