What is a Small Parcel?
Whether you’re looking to book your small parcel deliveries through Yodel Direct to be sent to friends, family or your marketplace buyers, our criteria for small parcel weights, sizes and prices are as follows:
- Parcels between 0-2 kg are classed as small parcels. 1 kg is roughly the weight of a standard bag of sugar (although your parcel sent through the Yodel network can weigh up to 15 kg)
- Parcels must fit within our maximum dimensions of 60x50x50cm and up to 10 kg for our Store to Store and Store to Door services. For our Door to Door service, your parcel should not exceed 120x50x50 and up to 15 kg in weight. If your parcel is not within the maximum weight of the label you’ve purchased, you could be charged an additional fee – so be sure to check you’ve got the right quote as it may also affect your delivery.
