What does Yodel Direct becoming part of InPost mean for me?

Yodel Direct becomes a part of InPost UK

In April 2025, Yodel became a part of the InPost UK Group. As Yodel Direct reflects being a part of InPost UK, you might notice a few exciting changes to the look & feel of the Yodel Direct website and emails, including a new name - Yodel Direct by InPost

 

What does this mean for me?

As a Yodel Direct customer, you don't need to do anything. You can still book your deliveries through Yodel Direct as normal, plus track & manage all of your parcels in your account - but you can take advantage of our new Locker to Address service - dropping your parcel off at your nearest InPost Locker before it is delivered to your recipient's door.
