Will there be any Parcel Protection applied to my order?

Protection up to the value of £50 is included.

You can take additional protection for your parcel up to the value of £1,000.00 - Fill in the value during the booking process Get a Quote.

We do have a list of items that we cannot carry at all (prohibited items) and a further list of items that we cover for loss but not damage.

Increased protection can be purchased at a rate of 5% of the value of the item above the standard protection up to a maximum value of £1,000. Please use the calculator above to work out the price of additional protection for the service you require.

For example if your item is valued at £200 and you are using a service with standard protection of £50 you would pay:

200-50 = 150 * 0.05 = £7.50
