Will I need to print a label to use this service?

Unfortunately, you would require printed labels to use the service with Yodel Direct.

If you do not have access to a printer, you can always print the label when dropping off your parcel at the store.

 

There is an error on my label. How can I fix this?

To amend any details on your label or if the PDF file has an error message on the label when you open it, you will need to contact live help in order to make the needed amendment.

 

Can I use a thermal printer to print my label?
