Can the stores package the parcel for me?
Unfortunately, the items have to be packaged prior dropping them off at the designated locations.

Can I send a suitcase with Yodel Direct?
Unfortunately Suitcases and Flightcases are not acceptable as packaging.
You are still able to send them as long as they are placed inside a package according to our guidelines.

My drop off was refused because the packaging was not suitable, what should I do?

If the clerk refused the parcel due to incorrect packaging then you would need to re-package the parcel following our Top Packaging tips.

If the store refused your label you can try to re-book your service and receive a new label.
